Our terms and conditions
Booking is confirmed by a deposit and balance due 4 weeks before arrival. We ask for a small breakage deposit to be paid for large groups. Arrival from 3pm onwards. Departure by 10.30am.
Owner lives on site in separate farmhouse.
Up to 2 well behaved dogs are welcome with prior notice and accepted (Cart Lodge only) on the understanding that the owners are fully responsible for their behaviour.
Horses can be accommodated at an extra cost on site.
Should you cancel your visit notification in writing is necessary and although every effort will be made to re-let the property, if this is unsuccessful you will be liable for the deposit.
